The Terms & Conditions below apply to subscriptions of the Million Dollar Master Club Membership. By accessing, downloading, and/or using all or any part of the Million Dollar Master Club Membership you indicate your acceptance of the following terms from Million Dollar Master. You agree to be bound by all the terms of this policy. You agree that it is enforceable as if it were a written negotiated agreement signed by you. If you are purchasing a membership subscription on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you hereby represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

Account Creation

In order to join, you will be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email, address, username, and password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you provide to Million Dollar Master, LLC will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Use of the Site and Service

Information provided on the site and the services related to membership and other information are subject to change. Million Dollar Master, LLC makes no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source (the “Content”) is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Million Dollar Master, LLC disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.

Membership Ownership

Membership is considered personal and owned only by the individual named as the member. The membership is nontransferable and may not be accessed by any other individual. If the member leaves an organization, the membership remains with the individual, not the nonprofit, regardless of who paid for the membership.

Autorenewal and Recurring Charges

Memberships may be purchased by making a one-time payment, which entitles the member to a discount, or via monthly payments. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that Million Dollar Master (or its third-party payment processor) may charge you an initial and recurring subscription fee, without further authorization from you, at the then-current subscription rate. You will be charged each subscription period for the cost the applicable membership (either monthly or annual). You accept responsibility for all recurring charges and your subscription will continue until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation

You may make changes to or cancel your subscription at any time during your membership. The membership fee is non-refundable regardless of whether or not you cancel before your membership expires. If you have elected the monthly membership fee, you will continue to be charged until your membership expires. No partial refunds are given should you terminate an annual subscription before your renewal dates however, you will retain access to the site until the end of your annual payment term. After that period, Million Dollar Master, LLC will not charge your payment provider for any subsequent subscription period. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the services and do not wish to be billed further.

Million Dollar Master, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscription for any reason at any time in our sole discretion. Reasons for termination or suspension may include but are not limited to failure to pay an outstanding membership invoice, unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials, etc.

Intellectual Property Ownership and Rights

You may not lease, sell, publish, or distribute internally or externally any materials obtained through this membership. The membership may at times include templates and forms for download. Million Dollar Master, LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates and forms for your own use and that of your nonprofit. By purchasing membership, you consent to recordings being made of calls, Zoom meetings, webinars, or in-person events as part of the service. You consent to your name, words, voice, and likeness being used by Million Dollar Master, LLC for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes without compensation to you.

Refusal of Service

No order is deemed accepted until payment has been processed. We may at time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment. We reserve the right to remove the accounts held by any individuals representing companies that offer a similar or directly competing service with Million Dollar Master, LLC.

Changed Terms

Million Dollar Master, LLC may at any time amend these Terms and Condition. Such amendments are effectively immediate upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on the Site. Any use of the Site by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. Million Dollar Master, LLC reserves the right to update any portion of the site, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time.
